This policy explains how Cominy handles intellectual-property complaints and user responsibilities.

This Policy explains how Cominy handles copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property concerns.

Users must only upload, publish, sell, or distribute content they own or have permission to use.

1. Respect Intellectual Property

You must not use Cominy to sell, publish, distribute, or promote content that infringes another person's:

• copyright;
• trademark;
• design rights;
• patents;
• trade secrets; or
• other intellectual-property rights.

This includes unauthorized copies of digital products, software, ebooks, templates, designs, courses, music, videos, images, or other protected material.

2. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to all products and materials they list on Cominy.

Using content that is publicly available online does not automatically mean you have permission to resell or redistribute it.

Cominy may request proof of ownership, licence, authorization, or other supporting information where necessary.

3. Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on Cominy infringes your intellectual-property rights, you may submit a complaint through our official support or reporting channels.

Your report should include, where applicable:

• your name and contact information;
• identification of the protected work or right;
• the Cominy product, listing, profile, or content being reported;
• an explanation of why you believe it infringes your rights;
• evidence that you own or are authorized to act for the rights holder; and
• a statement that the information provided is accurate.

We may request additional information before acting on a complaint.

4. Review and Removal

When we receive a credible infringement complaint, Cominy may:

• review the reported content;
• temporarily restrict or remove it;
• contact the user who published it;
• request supporting evidence from either party; or
• take other reasonable action.

Removal of content does not necessarily mean Cominy has made a final legal determination regarding ownership.

5. Counter-Claims

If your content is removed because of an intellectual-property complaint and you believe the removal was incorrect, you may submit a response or counter-claim through the available support process.

You may be asked to provide evidence showing that:

• you own the content;
• you have permission or a valid licence;
• the complaint relates to the wrong content; or
• another lawful basis allows your use.

Cominy may restore content where appropriate after reviewing the available information.

6. Repeat Infringement

Users who repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights may have:

• listings removed;
• selling privileges restricted;
• account features limited;
• payouts delayed where reasonably necessary; or
• their accounts suspended or terminated.

Serious infringement may result in immediate action.

7. False or Abusive Claims

You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, or abusive intellectual-property complaints.

Users who misuse the reporting process to harass competitors, remove legitimate products, or make knowingly false claims may have their accounts restricted.

8. Cominy Intellectual Property

The Cominy platform, including its name, logos, branding, software, interface, designs, databases, and original platform content, belongs to Starbiss LTD or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially use Cominy's intellectual property without authorization, except where permitted by law.

9. Content Licence to Cominy

When you publish content on Cominy, you retain ownership of your intellectual-property rights.

You grant Cominy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, format, distribute, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the platform.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to Cominy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our Services or legal requirements change.

The latest version will display its effective date.
