Prohibited Products & Activities Policy

This policy explains what sellers, buyers, creators, advertisers, and other users may not do on Cominy.

This Policy explains the products, services, content, and activities that are not allowed on Cominy.

It applies to sellers, buyers, creators, advertisers, campaign participants, and all other users.

1. Illegal Products and Services

You may not sell, promote, distribute, or facilitate anything that is illegal in the country where it is offered or used.

This includes products or services connected to criminal activity, fraud, trafficking, or other unlawful conduct.

2. Stolen, Pirated, or Infringing Content

You may not sell or distribute:

pirated software, ebooks, videos, music, courses, or other digital content;
stolen files or products;
counterfeit digital goods;
unauthorised copies of another person's work;
products that misuse trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual-property rights; or
licence keys or software access obtained without proper authorisation.

You must have the necessary rights to everything you sell or publish.

3. Fraud and Deceptive Products

Products or services designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead others are prohibited.

This includes:

fake documents;
forged certificates;
fake receipts or invoices;
fraudulent investment or earning schemes;
phishing tools;
stolen account credentials;
fake verification services; and
products intended to bypass identity or security checks.

4. Harmful Software and Security Abuse

You may not distribute or promote:

malware;
ransomware;
spyware;
credential-stealing tools;
malicious scripts;
botnets;
tools primarily intended for unauthorised account access; or
software intended to damage, disrupt, or compromise another person's systems.

Legitimate educational, cybersecurity, or developer tools may be allowed where they are not designed or marketed for abuse.

5. Financial and High-Risk Activities

You may not use Cominy to facilitate:

money laundering;
terrorism financing;
stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
fraudulent loans or financial schemes;
illegal investment schemes;
pyramid or Ponzi schemes;
unauthorised financial services; or
attempts to conceal the source or destination of funds.

Products promising guaranteed profits, guaranteed investment returns, or unrealistic financial outcomes may also be restricted.

6. Regulated or Restricted Goods

Unless specifically approved by Cominy and legally permitted, you may not sell or promote:

firearms, ammunition, or weapons;
illegal drugs or controlled substances;
tobacco or nicotine products;
alcohol;
prescription medicines;
hazardous chemicals;
explosives; or
other heavily regulated goods or services.

Cominy may restrict additional categories depending on the user's country.

7. Sexual or Exploitative Content

You may not sell, publish, or promote:

pornography;
sexually explicit services;
sexual content involving minors;
sexual exploitation;
non-consensual intimate content; or
content intended to exploit or abuse another person.

Any content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse is strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

8. Hate, Violence, and Dangerous Activity

Products or content that promote or support:

terrorism;
violent extremist organisations;
serious violence;
hate-based organisations;
threats against individuals or groups; or
instructions intended primarily to facilitate serious harm

are prohibited.

9. Privacy and Personal Data

You may not sell or distribute personal information obtained without proper permission.

This includes:

stolen databases;
passwords;
financial information;
government ID information;
private phone or email lists obtained unlawfully; or
other sensitive personal information.

Products designed to stalk, secretly monitor, or invade another person's privacy are also prohibited.

10. Account and Platform Manipulation

You may not sell or promote services intended to manipulate online platforms or Cominy.

This may include:

fake reviews;
fake purchases;
fake engagement;
bot-generated followers or views;
account farming;
fraudulent referrals;
campaign manipulation; or
services intended to bypass platform restrictions.

Cominy may allow legitimate marketing or promotional services, but they must not rely on deceptive or artificial activity.

11. Misleading Digital Products

Digital products must provide genuine value and accurately represent what the buyer will receive.

We may remove products that:

contain little or no meaningful content;
intentionally misrepresent what is included;
are copied or automatically generated primarily to deceive buyers;
promise outcomes that cannot reasonably be supported; or
use fake testimonials, screenshots, or results.

12. Prohibited Campaigns and Tasks

Campaigns and tasks must not require users to:

commit fraud;
create fake reviews;
impersonate others;
harass individuals;
spread knowingly false or deceptive information;
use fake accounts or bots;
manipulate financial services;
carry out illegal activities; or
violate another platform's rules in a deceptive or abusive way.

Cominy may reject any campaign that creates significant legal, safety, fraud, or reputation risk.

13. Attempts to Bypass This Policy

You may not attempt to avoid these rules by:

disguising prohibited products;
intentionally placing products in incorrect categories;
using coded or misleading descriptions;
moving prohibited transactions into private messages; or
directing users outside Cominy to complete prohibited activity.

Activities that would be prohibited on Cominy remain prohibited when arranged through Cominy but completed elsewhere.

14. Enforcement

Cominy may review, restrict, or remove products, content, campaigns, or accounts that violate this Policy.

Depending on the seriousness of the violation, we may:

remove a listing;
reject a campaign;
restrict account features;
delay or cancel payouts;
request additional verification;
suspend an account; or
permanently terminate access to Cominy.

Where appropriate, we may also cooperate with payment providers or competent authorities.

15. Reporting Violations

Users may report suspected prohibited products, content, or activity through Cominy's official reporting or support channels.

Reports may be reviewed together with account activity, transaction information, and other relevant evidence.

16. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy as Cominy introduces new features, enters new markets, or identifies new forms of abuse.

The latest version will always display its effective date.
